Artist/Client Agreement for Nathan 'CrookedWolf' Johnson
These terms are for non-commercial personal commissions only. Work made for other uses will require some more details to be settled via email (crookedwolf@gmail.com).
I am not usually interested in painting apes (including humans) or ape-like creatures but I will paint monkeys. I can paint most violent and/or pornographic situations except for extreme fetishes, murder and abuse. Ask if you are unsure - I will not judge :)
All image rights belong to me including, but not limited to, posting the commission online, making prints, or using it for promotions. The client may not use the commission to make profit.
With digital paintings revisions and adjustments are easily possible. Changes that don’t require much time can be taken care of for no extra charge. Revisions that require more substantial efforts will require a payment. For paintings in traditional media I will certainly attempt to implement any changes that the client wishes but I may not be able to.
After full payment has been received commissions will be started on a specific date that we [artist and client] find acceptable. Most often work begins immediately after payment or within three days. Please let me know of any time constraints before the other details have been settled or work has begun. I can provide updates and work in progress pictures by email whenever the client desires.
Payments are accepted in US Dollars only through PayPal (crookedwolf@gmail.com) or credit card. Before any work has begun on the commission a full refund is available to the client. After work has started the refund will be partial, based on how much of the commission has been completed. If the commission is almost finished or complete then no refund is available.
The price of shipping is included in the commission cost for delivery addresses located within the continental U.S. Addresses outside the USA will need an additional payment to cover the cost of shipping and customs.
